Who would have thought that desserts in a cocktail form is a recipe for indulgence! Well….great news to share with you! Jell-O and I have partnered to bring you new and delicious cocktail inspired desserts that I have created exclusively for the Jell-O Lounge.
I couldn’t have had a better opportunity to work with a client as well-known as Jell-O and to use all of the skills that I have been developing over the last 6 years in mixology, photography, and cocktail styling. I was able to create new and delicious recipes that featured fresh juices, quality spirits, Jell-O gelatin as well as Jell-O pudding. Read the rest of this entry »

Here’s a gin that is making it’s way into our bars…DH Krahn Gin. I did a photo shoot around DH Krahn and here is a little bit of information about the gin along with a few photographs that I took.

I was introduced to Wild Hibiscus Flowers this past summer at Tales of the Cocktail and most recently while playing with cocktails at home, I wanted to do something different with hibiscus flowers! So…since I love cooking with the broiler…voila! I put some hibiscus flowers on a cookie sheet and into the broiler they went. Now these babies are very delicate, so they were only in there for a few minutes. Check out the results!
